MILLHOG Pipe Beveling Tools are fully portable for onsite use and can bevel at any degree of angle including precisio “J preps” for automatic welding. Designed for long life and ease of use, these tools require no special operator training, all clamp to the pip I.D., employ direct-drive bearing supported gears, and use the EscoLock (Trade mark) blade lock system with interchangeable cutter blades to bevel, face, and bore simultaneously.
Featuring the Prepzilla, Commander, Terminator, and Dictator models, MILLHOG Pipe Beveling Tools for beveling pipe from 38mm I.D. to 914mm O.D. are available with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric motors, depending upon the model. Each tool is supplied complete with all clamp ribs and pads for the tool’s range of operation, a hose and filter, and lubricator.
